SCOPE OF WORK:
6,600 SQ. FT.
GOLD COAST PENTHOUSE
This undertaking was a combination of multiple units and common area, transformed into a one of a kind 6,600 sq ft grand penthouse. Centaur Interiors was part of the project team from inception and facilitated the Design-Build process, with Michael Richman Interiors as the Designer. Centaur Interiors played a key role in implementation of all details and MEP’S to create a project that is innovative.
The layout was based on maximizing views throughout the space. The kitchen, office and master bath are elevated to give the illusion of floor to ceiling windows, which provides a unique architectural perspective. Complete new HVAC, mechanicals, security, and heated floors were installed to create a cutting edge engineered home. The Bar serves as focal point of the main area and is comprised of methodically laid out Olive Ash Veneer with reveals and starburst effect ceiling panels. The bar flows seamlessly into the Wine room with segmented angles and points adjoining the two. This residence includes extremely intricate details throughout, seamless transitions and architectural lines that transforms this space into a masterpiece.
