The start of this project developed by renovating the master bath into a modern spa or Zen feel. This vision quickly spread to capture each room in the home. Designed & engineered by Michael Miller, each area of this 1400 SF home was maximized for storage, niches, & to showcase architectural details as the owner was extremely lacking in. This home was a loft residence with exposed duct work & track lighting all of which was seamlessly integrated into the ceiling. The abstract millwork entryway pulls you into the living area of the space where a built in digital art display is featured. These displays are integrated into the home automation system which can change to the owners liking via ipad control. Multiple areas of art are showcased throughout home within many types of displays. The clean white aesthetic is contrasted by the ebony wide planked Oak floors and at the ceiling by the dark Cherry floating millwork panels. A visit to this residence is sure to leave a lasting impression.
